Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the privacy policy, are applicable to your Lotus’s account which includes the My Lotus’s Membership and online shopping using the mobile application (“Lotus’s App”) and/or website at [www.lotuss.com.sg]. Any participation by way of registration of a My Lotus’s Membership Account and/or online purchases would amount to acceptance of the terms and agreement to abide by the said terms and conditions. A. The My Lotus’s Membership
The My Lotus’s Membership vouchers, coupons and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Lotuss Stores (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Lotus's”) who may, at any time, terminate the My Lotus’s Membership or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the My Lotus’s Membership.
Members of the My Lotus’s Membership must be resident of Singapore and aged 18 years or over. Each member is only entitled to one My Lotus’s Membership account and each account can only be registered with one valid mobile number. Lotus's reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
Members shall register their personal details or business information and always ensure that the same is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Lotus's cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or My Lotus’s Membership vouchers or coupons due to outdated details or information.
The My Lotus’s Membership in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is registered for the My Lotus’s Membership. My Lotus’s Membership vouchers, and coupons remain the responsibility of the members, as do any security details relating to the account. Lotus's cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure safe keeping of these items.
Lotus’s may decline to issue, withdraw, or cancel accounts, vouchers, coupons and points, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the My Lotus’s Membership at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
Any abuse or attempted abuse of the My Lotus’s Membership.
Any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions.
Any behavior related to the My Lotus’s Membership or Lotus's or Group that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behavior, or supplying false or misleading information.
Lotus’s App or registered mobile number can be used to collect points for purchases from our stores including our Food Court, through Lotus’s Shop Online, and also through promotional partners who are part of the My Lotus’s Membership in Singapore only.
Lotus’s App or registered mobile number can be used to redeem points in our stores cashier’s checkout or online checkout with minimum 200points equal to SGD 1 with date of birth as verification. Registered mobile number can be used to redeem vouchers/ coupons at in-store checkout or online checkout.
My Lotus’s Membership account, points, vouchers and coupons cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. Mobile number is a unique identification for My Lotus’s membership.
Members may be able to express a preference when receiving marketing communication from Lotus’s either regarding promotion and marketing update, personalized offers and promotions, or survey and research.
Members can choose to leave the My Lotus’s Membership at any time. By leaving the My Lotus’s Membership, members forfeit the right to all the points collected or vouchers or coupons issued prior to leaving the My Lotus’s Membership. All existing points and unused My Lotus’s Membership vouchers or coupons shall be automatically deleted once a Member chooses to leave the My Lotus’s Membership. Members will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to rejoin the My Lotus’s Membership.
Members who do not make any purchase for two consecutive years will be removed from the My Lotus’s Membership and all points and unused My Lotus’s Membership vouchers or coupons will be automatically deleted. Members will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to rejoin the My Lotus’s Membership.
Members may inherit the points of a family member who has passed away by providing a written request informing Lotus’s of the deceased’s membership details.
B. Points
One (1) My Lotus’s Membership point will be awarded for every transaction of SGD 1 excluding redemption of all My Lotus’s Membership vouchers, coupons and Gift Vouchers.
Redemption of each My Lotus’s Membership point earned from every transaction can only be redeemed after twenty four (24) hours of the respective transaction.
Members must present their My Lotus’s Membership barcode or quote their registered mobile number at the point of payment in order to collect points for any transactions in our store and food court, made through our selected partners or online transaction. Members who failed to do so, cannot claim back the points after the transaction is completed.
To be awarded points, members must spend a minimum of SGD 1 on qualifying products in a single transaction. The amount of points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place.
Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products, including gift vouchers, tobacco or tobacco related products, mobile reload, and other products which may also be excluded from the My Lotus’s Membership at the discretion of Lotus's.
Where points can be collected with our selected partners or other promotions, further terms and conditions may apply.
Lotus's may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional products or campaign set up on which additional points are available. Individual promotions or campaign may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions.
Lotus's is entitled to revoke points for any transaction or purchases refunded in full or partial refund. This also applies to exchange of products unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent point value.
Points awarded for any transaction or issued vouchers may be removed or cancelled if Lotus's determines the collected points and issued vouchers were in breach of these terms and conditions or were wrongly awarded and/or issued. These terms and conditions will override and/or supersede any representation and/or advice by our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions.
Points have no value until converted into vouchers or instant redemption by the members at any time via mobile app or at the checkout counter in store or online with minimum 200points equal to SGD 1. The conversion value of points is 1point equals to SGD 0.005 including points already accrued in the account prior to the date.
Points has one (1) year validity period. Points collected for this calendar month will expire by the end of 12 months.
Lotus's is under no obligation to award My Lotus’s Membership points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
C. My Lotus’s Membership Vouchers
My Lotus’s Membership discount vouchers or cash voucher (collectively referred as “Vouchers”) via the mobile app can be redeemed only once and must be redeemed by the person / mobile number to whom they were issued.
Vouchers can only be redeemed if the purchase value of the product is SGD 1 higher than the value of Voucher. If the purchase value is higher than the value of the Vouchers, then customer shall pay the difference. The Vouchers cannot be used in a purchase transaction if the purchase value is below the value of the voucher.
My Lotus’s Membership points will not be awarded for redemption of My Lotus’s Membership vouchers.
My Lotus’s Membership vouchers can be used together with cash (legal tender), credit card or debit card except for purchase of any Gift Vouchers, E-shop, reloads, at our food courts or at any outlets not operated by Lotus's Singapore.
My Lotus’s Membership vouchers have a validity period with expiry date clearly stated, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued. Additional terms and conditions may be found in the Lotus’s App. before members redeem the Vouchers via the mobile app.
Any copied, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted nor replaced.
D. My Lotus’s Membership Coupons
My Lotus’s Membership discount or product coupons (collectively referred as “Coupons”) are given to members at the discretion of Lotus's.
My Lotus’s Membership Coupons via the mobile app can only be redeemed once, either in store or Lotus’s Shop Online only and must be redeemed by the person / mobile number to whom they were issued.
My Lotus’s Membership Coupons have a fixed validity period and expiry date clearly stated, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued. Additional terms and conditions may be found in the Lotus’s App before members redeem the Vouchers via the mobile app. My Lotus’s Membership Coupons have no cash redemption value, are not transferable, bought, sold or in any way traded or published, and are valid in our stores only.
My Lotus’s Membership Coupons redemption is subject to availability and may be limited to selected stores only.
My Lotus’s Membership Points will not be awarded for redemption of My Lotus’s Membership Coupon.
Copied, damaged or defaced coupons will not be accepted nor replaced.
E. Lotus’s Shop Online
eCoupon & eVoucher Terms and Conditions
Redemption of an eCoupon or eVoucher indicates your agreement to be bound by these eCoupon & eVoucher Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel an eCoupon or eVoucher for any reason at any time. We shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any eCoupon or eVoucher or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use an eCoupon or eVoucher for any reason.
Every Lotus’s Shop Online eCoupon or eVoucher and/or My Lotus’s eCoupon or eVoucher can be redeemed in a single checkout. Lotus’s Online eCoupon or eVoucher is valid for all registered Lotus’s Shop Online customers.
Each eCoupon or eVoucher’s validity period is stated on the eCoupon or eVoucher. eCoupon or eVoucher awarded for Shop Online is redeemable via Lotus’s Shop Online website and Lotus’s Singapore app only.
Each eVoucher code is only valid for one (1) redemption only. eCoupons or eVouchers cannot be sold, bought, exchanged or donated. Multiple usage of eCoupons or eVoucher across multiple transactions and/or elements of fraud will lead to cancellation of the order.
No refund is permitted once eVoucher is purchased & no refund for any unused eVoucher will be entertained.
When you use an eCoupon or eVoucher you warrant to Lotus’s that you are the duly authorised recipient of the eCoupon or eVoucher and that you are using it in good faith. If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of eCoupon or eVoucher to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.
If we reasonably believe that any eCoupon or eVoucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any eCoupon or eVoucher and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Lotus’s Singapore reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
Lotus’s Shop Online delivery is valid for selected locations within Singapore.
Customers must pay the difference in price for weighted product using only cashless payment such as credit card, debit card, or Lotus’s accepted e-wallet upon delivery at doorstep.
In the event that an order is cancelled by the customer, any eCoupon or eVoucher applied to the order will be forfeited and will not be refunded or reinstated. No compensation or cash refund will be provided for any unused or voided eCoupon or eVoucher. However, if the order is cancelled by Lotus’s due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons, any eCoupon or eVoucher used in the transaction will be reinstated to the customer’s account, subject to its original validity period and terms of use. Lotus’s reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the reinstatement of any eCoupon or eVoucher.
Lotus’s is not responsible for technical errors, including but not limited to website downtime, incorrect application of discounts, or expired eCoupons due to system errors.
We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of Terms and Conditions of use at any time without notice.
Extra 1,000 My Lotus’s Points with min spend of SGD 100 Promotion Period: 7 January 2025 onwards (Every Tuesday only) Terms and Conditions:
This promotion is valid on every Tuesday from 7 January 2025 until further notice.
This promotion is only applicable for purchases on Lotus’s Shop Online via the website or app.
1,000 My Lotus’s Points will be rewarded for any transaction of SGD 80 or more.
The 1,000 My Lotus’s Points will be credited to the customer’s account within 14 working days from each promotional day.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective without prior notice.
F. Guide Price
Please note that the prices displayed on Lotus’s Shop Online website are guide prices and in estimation only. The total amount of guide prices shown in the Customer’s shopping trolley and order confirmation email may differ from the Customer’s final bill.
The variance between guide prices and the Customer’s final amount charged will be due to one or more of the following reasons: i. Weighted products: The guide prices on the website are based on estimated weighted products, but the final price will be based on the exact weight. ii. Technical/System errors: We reserve the right to amend your Final Bill to ensure the actual price is properly recorded. iii. Rejected product: You are entitled to reject products upon delivery if you are dissatisfied with price discrepancies.
The actual price to be paid by the Customer will be the amount displayed and charged in-store at the time the order is confirmed at checkout. The cost of the delivery services is not included in the price of the product.
G. Product Terms & Conditions
a. General These Product Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and any disputes will be decided only by the Singapore courts.
If any of these Product Terms & Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms & Conditions.
This Lotus’s Shop Online website is owned and operated by Lotuss Stores (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Lotus's”).
b. Availability The availability depends on the stock in stores. We reserve the right to set maximum purchase limits for each product by a single Customer to ensure availability for all.
c. Acceptance There will be no contract of any kind between the Customer and us unless and until we actually dispatch the product to Customer. The Lotus’s Shop Online service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only.
d. Delivery Delivery will be made to the address provided. We will only deliver up to the main entrance or designated drop-off area. All deliveries will be made without plastic bags; customers should prepare their own reusable bags.
Lotus’s Singapore may employ Independent Contractors for delivery. Delivery may not be available during severe weather conditions. All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon acceptance of delivery.
Our riders/drivers will only wait for fifteen (15) minutes. If the delivery fails, service fees and delivery charges are still applicable.
All products must be received by an adult aged 18 years and above. If the recipient is not of legal age, the driver has the right not to complete the delivery.
e. Returns & Refunds
Perishable goods: Hand back to the driver at delivery.
Non-perishable goods: Hand back to the driver OR bring to our store within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Electrical goods: Refer to the Respective Electrical Appliances Returns Policy.
In the event of a refund, all My Lotus’s points received for the purchase will be removed from the account.
f. Cancellation Customer can cancel or change orders up to 6pm on the evening before the delivery date via the app/web. Orders cannot be cancelled by email.
g. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit Cards issued by banks in Singapore. Methods: Pay at Door (card/e-wallet) or Pay Online. We do not accept cash for the safety of our drivers.
General
This website (“Lotus’s Website”) is owned and operated by Lotuss Stores (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
Your access is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms replace all previous versions and are correct as of 12th February 2025.
By using the Lotus’s Website, you expressly accept that we may use information about your demographics for marketing and research in a manner which does not reveal your identity.
The content is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use the Lotus’s Website for any unlawful, harassing, or obscene purposes.
Singapore Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Singapore. We make no promise that materials are appropriate for use outside Singapore.
